We are excited to introduce the new "DC Noodles." Many of you know us from Rice and as Simply Home, our former restaurant. We are grateful for your support over the last four years as well as the friendships we've formed with our many loyal customers. The neighborhood has grown tremendously since our arrival to the U Street area. We've reinvented our interior and menu to provide a new and more casual dining experience. Plus, we have more seating!

The adjoining retail store has also changed and is now called Stem, featuring men and women's fashion and accessories by designer Nannapat Pollert of Thailand.

We will soon be adding more dishes to our current 40+ noodle combinations. Our noodles come from authentic Thai recipes that we love back home. Thailand may not be known as "noodle country" but when we think of food, we think noodles. Pad Thai anyone?

Big Sriyutthana is our main chef. She's had a great deal of fun creating our new noodle menu, along with the entire staff's input from some of their favorite noodle dishes. It is our signature to add a bit of a twist to our cuisine so get your taste buds ready for squid ink spaghetti with green curry sauce or red curry with asian pumpkin in spinach linguini! Udon noodle fan? We've got you covered there too!
